Our enquiry form asks for contact details, travel dates, group size, interests and preferences. Some fields are optional. Please share only what is needed to discuss your trip, and avoid sending passport numbers, payment-card details or sensitive documents through the website chat or enquiry form.
We use enquiry information to prepare recommendations, communicate with you and manage your request. Enquiries are stored privately in our WordPress system and notification emails are sent to our team. If you choose to receive travel inspiration, we also record that choice; you can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time.
The website uses Google analytics tools, embedded YouTube content, OpenStreetMap mapping and an AI travel assistant. These services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details and interactions when they load or are used. Their processing is also governed by their own policies. Messages you enter into the AI assistant may be processed by the services supporting that feature. Use it for general travel questions and confirm important information with our team. If you choose voice input, your browser or its speech service may process audio.
Access to enquiries is intended for authorised people helping with your request. We may need to discuss relevant arrangements with travel suppliers as your enquiry progresses. We use our hosting, website and email services to operate the site. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
We aim to retain enquiry information only while needed for the request, related administration or applicable record-keeping obligations. Contact us to ask about the information we hold, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw a marketing preference. We may need to verify your identity and explain any information we must retain.
